Tikhaya Bay is one of the smallest and most comfortable bays in the water area of Avacha Bay. It is located on the opposite coast of the Avachinskaya Bay from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. A breathtaking view of the capital of Kamchatka opens from the surroundings of this bay. The bay is hidden from the waves of the ocean and is the center of tranquility on the restless surface of the water.

The main attraction of this place lies in the beautiful grottoes, majestically standing kekura and columnar rocks.

The walk starts from the picturesque beach of the Zavoiko peninsula (Srednaya Lagernaya bay). The participants of the trip together with the equipment on the boat will make the transition to the opposite bank of the Avacha Bay towards the Tikhaya Bay.

Tikhaya Bay is famous for its excellent fishing. During the rest, we will taste sea fish soup and possibly other treats from the bottom of the sea depths. Here you can catch flounder, greenling and goby. In addition, there is a high probability of encountering marine mammals, in particular a small seals rookery, and a large number of seabirds in their natural habitat.
